アドリブ芝居とCGアニメーションを融合させた脱力系ショートアニメとして人気の「Peeping Life」初の劇場版。手塚プロダクションとタツノコプロとのコラボレーションし、2013年にDVD発売された「Peeping Life 手塚プロ・タツノコプロ　ワンダーランド」に続くコラボーレション第2弾作品で、鉄腕アトムやキャシャーンといった手塚プロ、タツノコプロが生み出したヒーローたちが、「Peeping Life」風のユルいキャラクターとなって登場する。家の近所に怪獣が出現し、絶望的な状況に焦るコータとショータ。「こんな時は必ずヒーローが助けてくれる」と期待する2人だったが、肝心のヒーローたちはいつもと変わらぬ生活を送っており……。

Rıfat, 48 anni, vive con la sua famiglia in un quartiere lussuoso della città e lotta contro una malattia. Mentre scoppiano eventi sociali, si rende conto di non avere alcuna speranza di migliorare la sua situazione e di non poter ottenere il sostegno che si aspetta dalla sua famiglia. Dopo che i familiari e il medico se ne sono andati, Rıfat chiama la sua governante e le chiede di dargli una pillola che gli porrà fine alla vita. La governante si trova ad affrontare un dilemma morale e professionale di fronte alla richiesta di Rıfat.

The movie focuses on the battle of Cheolwon, where the 63rd Army of the Chinese People's Volunteer Army (CPVA) was ordered to enter the battlefield of Cheolwon in May 1951, just after a month-long battle, to fight against four divisions of the United Nations Army (UNA). The volunteers fought with bloodshed and finally brought the enemy to the negotiation table.
